What is Kalki Avatar?Kalki Avatar, for Hindus, is the avatar for this coming age or Yuga, and is synonymous with Krishna. Hindus expect an avatar -- they have the doctrine of avatars who come cyclically, age after age. In the West Jesus is seen as a 'one-off' event: God made flesh, who came specifically for a particular group. In fact, there has never been an age without an avatar. Hindus await a reincarnation of Krishna. Maitreya overshadowed Krishna, so as far as Hindus are concerned, Maitreya is Kalki Avatar, the avatar for this coming age, the "age of righteousness", which indeed it will be. It is the age in which for the first time on a mass scale the spiritual essence of humanity demonstrates; in which humanity realizes, experiences itself, as one, and therefore creates structures which will demonstrate that oneness. It will also see itself not only as one but as whole, intrinsically part of its environment. There will come a time when humanity will see that humanity, God, and nature are one and the same; there is no separation between any of these. That sense of wholeness, eventually, humanity en masse will know, not just as an intellectual idea but as direct experience. Krishna, or Kalki Avatar, comes at the end of this "dark age", Kali Yuga. Though not everyone would agree that Kali Yuga, the "dark age", has ended, the great Teacher, Sai Baba, in south India, has said that the dark age is over; Swami Premananda has said the same thing; my Master has confirmed that it is now ending. So it is now possible for Kalki Avatar, "the rider on the White Horse", to come.
"Although I am unborn and My transcendental body never deteriorates, and although I am the Lord of all living entities, I still appear in every millennium in My original transcendental form. Whenever there is decline in religous practice, O descendent of Bharata, and a predominant rise in irreligion- at that time I descend Myself. To deliver the pious and to annihilate the miscreants, as well as to reestablish the principles of religion, I Myself appear, millennium after millennium." (Bhagavad Gita, Book IV, Sutra 6, 7, 8)
"It is a fallacy to believe, as some do, that the main trend of Christ's work will be through the medium of the churches or the world religions...He will use all available channels whereby the consciousness of man may be enlarged and right orientation be brought about...the churches are but one of the teaching avenues He will employ... "He will not come as the restorer of any of the ancient religions..., but He will come to restore man's faith in the Father's love... and in the close, subjective and unbreakable relationship of all men everywhere... "It is light and--above all else--"life more abundantly" which... [He] will bring, and until He brings it we know not what it signifies; we cannot realise the revelation which this will entail and the new possibilities which will open up before us. But through Him, light and life are on their way, to be interpreted and applied in terms of goodwill and of right human relations. "[His] reappearance will knit & bind together all men & women of goodwill throughout the world, irrespective of religion or nationality..." My sword, that love which I am, will separate all men, will show the true from the false, will clear the way for the new light which I bring. through Jesus as Avatar for the Piscean age. Maitreya's consciousness entered that of
Jesus & Krishna and guided Their words & deeds. Two thousand five hundred years

Gautama Buddha. This is the age-old way for the manifestation of the Teacher. He also
manifested Himself as Sankaracharya. This time, He is manifesting as Himself, not through
